If you’ve been stressed, please go for a session as you’re going to feel more relaxed than ever after each session. Secondly, I would highly recommend that you set an intention before each session. In our last session, I set the intention to “Trust in the Universe” and I was completely gobsmacked when Parveen told me, I received a message from the Universe, “Everything will work out for you”. I had a single online session of Reiki with Parveen, but will certainly be back for more! The experience was a mix of relaxation, spirituality, and art, as Parveen deftly explained, and performed her craft. For those that are in tune with their innate spiritual nature, then I would highly recommend booking a session. For those that are looking more for something relaxing, or just interested in trying something new, then I would also recommend booking a session! The experience will differ depending on your mindset going into it. Some may end up finding a part of themselves that had been long lost to the crucible of time, and life, while others may just end up with a meditative, and cathartic mini-adventure. Either are well worth delving into a session with Parveen!
